Customer service was great and from what I’d seen on Instagram I was super excited for my friends to get their flowers. However when they arrived I was a little disappointed. I ordered he native jar and what was delivered didn’t have nearly as much colour as the image shown on the website. Looking at their saved Instagram stories though it is similar to the more plain native jars in the saved stories. Perhaps having a more accurate picture on the website would be a good idea so as not to come across as deceptive.

I am really impressed with the services provided by Humble Bundle. It was by chance that I found Humble Bundle. I wanted flowers to be sent to my daughter today and I placed my order yesterday afternoon.  For delivery instructions,  I wrote 10 am, meaning she would be in to receive the flowers then. 

Only around midnight then I realised that I had made a mistake! The column for delivery instructions was for "when the recipient is not available "! In the morning, at 9.26 am, I sent Humble Bundle an email explaining my mistake, hoping they would read my email....and they did! They delivered the flowers around 10 am!! The flowers were beautiful! Humble Bundle is truly amazing!  I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to send flowers to their loved ones in Melbourne. They really put in lots of effort to make the occasion special!

Customer service was very responsive, the courier arrived at my workplace at exactly the time I needed them to, they called me upon arrival, the flowers were diverse and lovely, and the presentation was excellent.
I would happily use them again!

Humble Bundle Melbourne is a one-of-a-kind florist; with personalized touches and the attention to detail that makes every recipient (and I've sent a huge amount of flowers with Humble Bundle!) feel absolutely special.  You can tell that the arrangements were prepared with love, care and designed to make every recipient feel a million dollars! I wouldn't use any other florist. Always an amazing experience.
