We ordered a delivery yesterday to st Vincent’s. A very unpresentable delivery guy came into hospital room with flowers in a BLACK BUCKET. Very unpresentable again. He then said, ‘you take the flowers out of bucket’. Isn’t it the job of Flowers Vasette to deliver in a presentable way. You were delivering to a hospital for God’s sake. If you can’t do it, get out of business and stop taking delivery orders.

A great local flower shop offering a wonderful array of seasonal and native Australian flowers and greenery. 

Strong, personal customer service -- whether you have a flower or arrangement in mind or need some inspiration -- the employees are always willing to help. 

It's can get a bit busy in the shop, as arrangements are getting put together, but there are worse places to wait! Plenty of colorful and scented flowers to enjoy.

An old favourite, the shop always looks & smells beautiful. And a little secret, if your blooms drop dead too soon, you can sometimes get replacements.

I don't bother going anywhere else when I need flowers for a very special occasion. Their selection is always unique and varied. The helpful staff will create an arrangement that looks stunning and tailored to your preferences. I usually choose the flowers I like and then the artists will arrange them perfectly. Also a good selection of interesting vases to present them in.

Didn't reply to initial email until prompted by my phone call, gave a price estimate via email, to which I instantly replied with the go ahead to then be told 'oh no we can't do that arrangement'. Waste of time and quite pricey.  Got exactly what we were after at another florist, nearly $100 cheaper!
