I have been purchasing arranged flowers in this shop fortnightly for last few months, and spending $80-100 each visit. I am very impressed with their selection and quality of flowers, however, I never felt welcomed. No greetings, no smile, no proper customer service whatsoever.I really fed up with this shop at this stage. It's a pity their flowers are so beautiful but I think I rather spend my money elsewhere. There are some more other beautiful florists in area. I want to purchase beautiful flowers but at the same time I don't want to spend my money where it makes me unpleasant.

Delivered product looks nothing like the products in store. Native Flower arrangements look amazing in the shop, really amazing. But my partner ordered some online while interstate, they arrived poorly arranged and quite a bit of the arrangement was droopy and dried out. Really disappointed.

Pulled out a week before my wedding. After having multiple consultations with girls at the store, confirming all the details of everything for my wedding, I received an email from 'the owner' who said they can no longer do my wedding. The reason was because they took another job and the new client paid the deposit first. Never told me the deposit amount/payment method/due date, nor did they take a minute to make a curtesy call when they had another potential client. Incredibly unprofessional and no integrity.

Poor service experience - called and asked if they could deliver on the same street for me as a favour.. comment was "it was too far to walk and would need to get a courier lol" (it was two blocks) I then asked a price on something and they over quoted from what's on the website, when i asked why the comment was - I don't what our website says. I made a purchase elsewhere,
