I really like the mall Boronia but sadly a lot of shops closed their doors.  I can't fault the businesses still operating there.  The Indian shop's owner is an all time treat!  It's worth going there just for meeting him.  It is surrounded by Coles, K mart and a lot of other shops it is just the inside of the mall itself that needs customers.  Go support them.

Great strip of shops around the Mall, be careful where you park due to quick parking inspectors. 
The Mall has some interesting shops though many have closed. 
It could be a great little centre for those who don't like the larger ones if renovated and shops filled with new businesses.

Went to this very quiet mall under the belief there was a best and less there.  As it turned out best and less had departed.  We tried the bakery there.  The meat pie was ok, according to my friend.  I had the apple turnover.  There was not real cream in the turnover, which was a distinct downer.   However turnover wasn't atrocious.  The mall had comfortable chairs and tables to sit on and was cool.  The mall didn't look like it got a lot of foot traffic.

This place is great if you like that old 70's styled shopping mall look. From the dated wall decor to shops that haven't changed in decades this place is a must for those home sick for the retro 70s style that faded quicker than the disco era. Bring along a pair of platform shoes and a fondue set and you'll be right at home!

Such a shame that there are so many empty shops.  Seems a bit of a ghost centre, yet it has some good shops. People need tho support them.  I particularly enjoyed a visit to the crystal shop.
