I was a classic chronic lower back pain person (desk job). I came into see Rick after neglecting my problems for too long. Rick has a great way of building a rapport with you and educating you on root causes for potential problmes. Rather leaving a session with just some stretches to do, I knew why and what I was to work on. After a couple of sessions there was a noticable difference and I started getting ontop of my problem.

I've been working with Rick to resolve jaw pain for a few sessions. The benefits have been amazing, and Rick has always clearly explained the causes of the pain and the way forward. Great service!

Rick is obviously passionate about the work he does. The application of medical principles becomes more complex every day but Rick has an amazing grasp of the latest research and theories as well as thorough knowledge of the human body and how various therapies interact on multiple levels. His work in Osteopathy is gentle and relaxing while simultaneously being powerful and remedial. I recommend this practice highly.
