I have seen all of the doctors here : Dr Jonathan C, Dr Stephen D and Dr Tanya G. They are all experienced , competent and caring GPs. Would recommend this medical clinic.
I highly recommend Dr Jonathan Cohen and his team at Caulfield Family Medical Practice. He is highly knowledgable and patient. The receptionists are friendly and the nurses are professional and lovely too. We truly feel our needs are met and we are well cared for at this clinic.
Very bad Service. Very worse experience. The Nurse even don’t know how to do injection to the baby, she really needs Practice and experience.The Nurse hands always shaking, when she does injection and when she had given injection to my baby she even don’t know how to hold syringe properly and she even don’t know how to insert needle into the skin,, When she was giving injection to my baby, Firstly she insert needle into my baby’s arm wrong way and she did not done properly with shaking hands and she tried to do again she insert needle into my baby’s arm twice but still she was not properly done and she also scratched my baby’s arm with needle when she tried to do injection to my baby. Really very very very bad experience, Also she left half medicine of injection on the outside of the arm and also throwed some medicine of injection on the floor. I couldn’t understand what she given to my baby full medicine or half,, looks like not any benefit to my baby. In the last I wanted to say please don’t do to other babies this thing it’s very painful thing when the nurse don’t know how to do job properly, Thanks
Visited on 15/03/22 Nurse was cold and rude when my partner asked questions how long for results etc. Also had very little knowledge of the service she was providing. One of the receptionists was also blunt and seemed frustrated towards us.
I highly recommend Caulfield Family Medical Practice, The Travel Clinic and Dr Jonathan Cohen. Dr Jonathan Cohen is highly knowledgable, professional, thorough in all areas of general practice. I have consulted with Dr Cohen for 20 years and I now take my family to him. He always looks after us with great care, efficiency and is an excellent Doctor. Dr Cohen and his clinic also specialises in travel medicine and my family and friends have all found his clinic to be the perfect clinic to get vaccinations, medical travel kits and travel advice. All the Doctors and staff at the clinic working together with Dr Jonathan Cohen are also excellent, friendly and ensure my family and myself are well looked after.
The service in general was pretty good. Got the BCG vaccine here. Dropping it a couple of stars because the receptionists were busy chatting instead of taking the payment. Edit: The receptionist without clearly explaining the need to wait for 15 minutes, rudely said sit down we will call you. While I understand there we may need to wait 15 minutes after a vaccine but why should I have to wait 15 minutes to make the payment? If people tend to walk out after the payment even after being asked to wait 15 minutes; I would say is their choice. We were 10 minutes late. I would avoid this place for the hassle of dealing with terrible ill mannered receptionists.
