Dr. Lydia is the most unprofessional, rude and very slow practitioner I ever met in my life. I booked to see a doctor for the first time there and was called by her. It took her around 15 minutes just to type my name and details in the computer. Then she wrote a script which took her another 10minutes that I found out is wrong. When I advise her it is wrong she got very disappointed and told me my time is up and need to come another time just to correct the script. I was in pain at the time so I had to tell the receptionist to refer me to another doctor. The receptionist who is a very kind lady understood my case and referred me to Dr Irene who was surprised when I explain to her what happened, she gave me the correct script. What I did not understand is why would a centre keep such kind of a Doctor who is neither polite nor skilled at all.

Happy with the doctors and very good service. I used to live around Elsternwick suburb earlier and used to visit as it was near. Since I moved to CBD, I still manage to go all the way to the same medical center as doctors are really good in their dealing. Highly recommended.

The only doctor worth waiting to see and actually knows his stuff and knows what he's doing is Samuel Jaworowski. Zalman Rosenblum seems nice and caring which is all well and good. But he really lacks the competence that a GP needs. He wouldn't get through medical school now and certainly wouldn't pass the final year medicine exams. Like Jonathan Pinczower,  he has no clue. Neither know what they are doing...

Horrendous receptionist that I met today. Made me wait for over an hour before I realised she was letting other people in before me. Almost racist. She spoke in a tone like she was doing a favour by talking to me. This place needs to change its receptionist. Just that one. Wish I knew her name. Straight hair. Wears specs. I requested her to let me see a doc as I had a 3 month old child with me, but her rudeness was over the top! dr Samuel j is great though.

The absolute worst. Never had less than a 1 hour wait. Have had over 2 before. Out of the whole place there is only 1 or 2 good doctors but none of them are worth the wait. One of the receptionist is very bad at her job, she is rude, hung up on me twice before I finished asking a question, and wouldn't give me the availability for times when I explained to her thick brain how I had work and don't have the freedom to wait for hours to see a doctor. Don't come here. Currently waiting for a doctor, 40 mins in. He hasn't had a client in 20 mins
