We highly recommend this hotel! The location is great, with access to theatres, museums, restaurants and the light rail. The king room was enormous and beautifully decorated. I didn't want to leave that bed in the morning, it was so luxurious and comfortable! We didn't hear any noise from the corridor or other rooms.
4.2 stars. Great location for a 1 night work trip on 14 Nov 2022. Rooms appear to have had been refurbished so that's nice. The room I got was huge with 2 big beds! Great value for the location being smack bang in the middle of the city.
Marvellous. Efficient. Love the old style glass and wood deco matched by the modern rooms. The showers I won't describe because I wouldn't want to ruin the fabulous surprise. Buffets cute and simple. It's just a shame the room service isn't late night/24hour. Rooms: That bed though. Would have likes some snack to be available in the mini bar Safety: Whilst there were a lot of people during my stay, everything is well lit and your visible from all places. Walkability: I'm not fit by any means and found walking to everything was fine. Food & drinks: Buffet was nice and generous. Decent coffee to which is saying something as I'm a Melbournite and love coffee Noteworthy details: The showers are amazing and the shampoo and conditioner provided was divine
Loved this hotel. Beautiful heritage building, spacious room and a complimentary mini bar! Option to have a buffet breakfast reasonably priced, and handy to light rail and Barangaroo. Bo traffic noise at all.Rooms: 5/5
Very good location and nice rooms. And nice to have pool and training facilities though it could use an update and more equipment - free weights and squat rack would be nice Interesting history about the hotel which was a perk of living there.
Should be 5 stars for its amenities and service. We stopped at a 5 star accredited hotel before this and that was definitely more 4 stars and the Grace being much better and worthy of a 5 star rating. Beautiful room and complimentary mini bar.Rooms: 5/5
A beautiful historical hotel with loads of history! Our room was very spacious and light and has the most relaxing shower - can for two people. Shower has a rainforest head which is the best I’ve ever used and a seperate attachment head too. King size bed was super comfortable and very quite during the night especially with an Irish pub downstairs which is a cool venue to go to for drinks and a feed. The Grace hotel is situated in one of the best locations in the city. Across the road is the Swinging Cat - a jazz club!! We’ll definitely be going back to the Grace hotel. All staff were super friendly accommodating and has a car park underground- really convenient. The Grace hotel was better than we expected.
An absolute delight to stay in a building so rich with history . Knowing my ancestors walked down those very halls was magical . Luxury on every floor the room just lovely the beds so comfortable. Beautiful heritage property lovingly restored. The architecture, interiors, lobby, rooms are wonderful to admire and take in. The large, well kept rooms are great esp if you need to use the room as a retreat during the day. The innovative touch with complimentary mini bar items is refreshing. Staff are well trained and very efficient making for very good check in and check out experiences. Highly recommended
Stayed here one night. Sure is a beautiful & clean hotel. The room is fully renovated, spacious with a big bathroom with a rain water shower. Coogee & tea available. Slippers and bathrobe provides. Check in & out was fast.
