Easy check in. Was upgraded a room to top floor. Nice bed, bathroom. Plenty of TV channels, tea coffee provided. Vending machine & Tourist brochures on reception level 1.
excellent staff clean rooms highly recommended
Checked in just before 12am, reception was so nice to accommodate as I couldn't find any rooms at the CBD at that time. Rooms are clean, quiet and close to the trains. Thanks Megaboom!!
Great cheap central hotel, comfy bed and pillows, great curtains for keeping out light and low noise considering the position. Amazing location! Highly recommend!
Very friendly staff. Room was nice and clean with a huge bed. Bathroom was perfect. Location was super central. Asked for a late check out and it was no worries. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Megaboom
A very comfortable stay! We were upgraded for free and offered late checkout. The room was spacious, clean and modern with a super cozy bed! The staff were very welcoming and accomodating. Will definitely be back!
Before there was a girl receptionist that was good, but last night 20/12 there was a asian gentleman that was above and beyond on his customer service, pointing out everything that was available for us. He didn’t miss a single point and that is truly what I call customer service. Give this man a payrise.
