This hotel is in a great location, heart of the action. We were there on valentines, high tea, booked in advance, yet long wait for food. Service is acceptable, it does not do justice to the grandeur or atmosphere. Opportunity for improving the service offer.
They kindly gave me a reminding call for the booking and tried to organize to well use their facilities. We were pretty exhausted for touring city, but easily accessed swimming pool was so excellent for us to refresh. We had so good experience and kids also loved to stay.
Loved the Swiss Hotel Sydney. This hotel is central to the shopping district, train station, Darling Harbour, The Rocks etc. We had a wonderful room on the 25th floor. Great staff,great food. We will definitely stay here next time we come to Sydney. We had the best time.
Great place. Good atmosphere and the food is amazing. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Staffs are very helpful.. Highly Recommended!!!
Whirlwind trip to Sydney with one night in the Swissotel. Room was great, bed was really comfortable and slept really well. Breakfast was a slow affair, staff were clearly doing their best but the attitude of some guests didn't help. Byron on the front desk was great, really helpful and a real asset to the hotel.
