I used to get flowers there for gifts. Over all experience was good. I like their flower arrangement and most importantly it's really close from my house. But the last experience with flower hut was not as pleasant. I have ordered 5 flower bouquets to decorate the table for my son's birthday. Picked up flowers the day before his birthday, unfortunately those white roses were bruised at pick up. The lady told me just remove those bruised petals by hand, she said white roses get bruised easily.but the next morning i found those roses are severely bruised. the flower arrangement still good and they picked right colour. Just felt disappointed with bruised white roses.

I ordered a bouquet for my Mothers birthday it cost me $80, the employees were great and very polite to talk to. The flowers smelt beautiful, was very happy with my purchase. I recommend this florist to everyone and anyone.

I ordered some flowers for a very special occasion costing over $150 a couple of days before they were required to be delivered.  They were delivered 4 hours later than promised and to the wrong address.  Not only this, but the staff argued with me into tears.  Do not recommend.

Lovely staff, helpful and polite. Flowers were amazing I was very happy and so was the recipient. Can't wait to go back, and will definitely be getting my flowers from there from now on.

they always open late. if your gonna write 8.30 opening, please open before 9 o clock at least. ruined someones birthday many times.
