RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was in there today to pick out flowers we had chipped in for at work. I had gone in to look around and the lady behind the counter did not approach and greet me which is fine but she would glare at me constantly like she wanted me out of the shop. I was trying to look for something quickly and asked very politely about what flowers were in that price range. She just told me to buy the cheapest rotting flowers there although my budget was higher and i wanted something better than that. When i asked about another lot of flowers she snapped at me saying no and that i was being cheap...i had no words. I just said ok and walked out, made my purchase at another florist nearby who had a very polite lady instead. Absolutely unbelievable. I can't believe how i was treated. I go there a few times a year and had been always served but a different lady who was really soft and kind. I DO NOT RECOMMEND going to this florist if you want someone with attitude and will outright insult you like that when you are being polite. Go to the arcade florist instead just around the corner for same prices, better flowers and better service. Now i know why their shop always looks quiet. The lady who was rude was around 50, asian with super curly perm like hair from the 80s. I would avoid her if i was to ever go there again. Also mini roaches were crawling all over the flowers which didn't happen at the other 2 florists i went to after so her snooty attitude was just out of line.
