Don't come to this shop to buy flowers. The bouquet was not trimmed at all. There was a woman over 40 in the shop who was also very reluctant to help you wrap the flowers, even without cutting them, which was not professional at all.
1st Experience: Made a very pretty and big bouquet tailored to an occasion for a good price : Edit: This place is a hit or miss. The bouquet I ordered had a lot of flowers that are wilting and others that have not yet bloomed.
The other day I went into the shop and asked if I can mix different colour of the flower into a bunch. The lady approximately 40+ was extremely rude and asked me to leave the shop if I have too many questions. ??????? WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS? I mean.. I always buy flower from them and their flowers are cheaper than the other but seriously with this kind of service, I definitely won’t go back again LOL.
Asked for the same arrangement as the display ones but in a different color , did a horrible job with half the selection comparing to the display, and kept asking for extra cost when I ask them to just follow what I've asked for, ended up charging me double comparing to the display price. I was frustrated to the point i took the bouquet apart when I got home and did it myself. Not going back.
