EXTREMELY UNHAPPY!! Please be cautious using this florist. I ordered watercolour wishes bouquet off website on a Wednesday for a Friday delivery. Bouquet did not turn up until after 7 and the florist rang to check, ruining any surprise and flowers were not what was ordered. Did not even match the colour scheme of what was ordered! I showed pictures and explained story to petals network who agree with me that florist was wrong but only offered 25% refund! See below for yourself, and make a judgement call on if i got what I ordered.
