This florist was asked to supply 20 flowers to be used at a funeral and for placing on the coffin by family members during reflection time. The flowers were paid for at the time of placing the order. When the flowers were collected on the day of the funeral only 6 of the 20 flowers had bloomed the other flowers were merely stems and buds. The florist would not give a refund but what was most disturbing was that they were uncaring and did not bother to try to locate other flowers. I would not recommend this florist to anyone.
The family rang another florist at Engadine who went out of their way to assist, providing the flowers at short notice.

What a horrible florist. We paid in advance for 20 open white Lilly's which they were unable to provide. Charged us full price for 16 unopened Lilly's. Had flower arrangements in store with open Lilly's. Never will I ever step foot in your florist, absolute joke.
