Nice family friendly accommodation. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Onsite restaurant offers great selection of meals and awesome pizzas. The rooms are clean but are getting a bit on with age. Would definitely come back.

Not as modern as the photos show. Clean enough but lots of wear and tear. Hard bed , only mirror is in bathroom no bedside lamps, bad smell and no air con in bedroom. And bar wasn't open any night we stayed after 830pm despite website saying 1145pm. Not worth the money.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I bought a voucher off scoopon for my parents to go and stay at this resort for Christmas. When they got home I was excited to hear all about their 3 day relaxing holiday together. I have been told that they had asked if they could be upgraded to a room with a balcony. The lady at reception explained, if there are vacancies, they might be able to at an extra cost of $30-$40 which was reasonable. The next day, they were told no there are no vacancies. Unfortunately the receptionist didn’t realise that you can see if a room is empty or not. The room next to theirs had a balcony, and was very much vacant. Later that day, they were offered a room with a balcony at an extra cost of $270per night. Are you kidding me!? I am horrified. How dare you rude, arrogant people try and take advantage of my parents. Also, they were given 6 vouchers. 1 was for a massage, my mum called early morning to book for her and her husband. But they were all booked up. Completely booked. You give your guest vouchers that they can’t even use. I would not recommend staying at this place. You do not get a nice relaxing trip away. You get husselled for outrageous extras and have no chance using their useless vouchers. Please re-think booking at this place. Beds uncomfortable and remember to take your own pillows.

Nice clean rooms. Rooms not serciced daily tho was only down fall. Helpful friendly staff. Lovely girls in spa . Nice pool area .

First place I have ever stayed in that the rooms were not serviced, how it has a 4.5 star rating bewilders me. Nice touch being able to have food and drink by the pool but it's more of a cafe than a restaurant on site.
