A Lakes Entrance land mark situated in the heart of town. Come visit our Sports lounge & corner bar, spacious family Bistro, Motel Accommodation, Public Bar, Conference & Function Rooms & our drive through Thirsty Camel BottleShop featuring local wines.

Story

Our bistro features fresh, local produce with seafood a main focus on the specials board. The open fires are lit during the winter months, or dine alfresco on the verandah in summer.
On Friday nights we have raffles, pool comp and the locals draw. You can win drink cards, meat tray or bistro vouchers just for being there!
On Saturday nights we have live music to enjoy with your friends.

We came for dinner- 2 briskets… absolutely amazing. Chocolate mousse delicious. Service outstanding. Never seen happier people! We would eat here every night!
Walked in to the bistro early Saturday evening and were warmly greeted and given a choice of tables. Ordered a risotto, side salad, and a fish special off the specials board. Sat at a table just outside. Food arrived very quickly and was outstanding. Very clean place. Great service and relaxed atmosphere. Music was not too loud to enjoy conversation while dining. I would have gladly paid more for our meals as they were worth it. It got very busy as we were finishing our meals so we left quickly so others could enjoy our spot. Too quickly to say 'Thank You'...so 'Thank You!'
Both pasta dishes were superb. Quick service even though bistro was busy. Drinks not overpriced me Highly recommend
Great friendly service, everyone was happy and meals were fantastic, not just another pub meal, more like a restaraunt. Seafood dishes were delicious and food came quickly.
Great views from the windows on the esplanade. A glorious old building renovated practically. Helpful staff with big smiles. Great food. A very pleasant lunch by any standard.
