Best part was food, food and food.  Interior is bit old and dull compare  with Dubai business class lounge!

Business lounge with a great ambience and comfortable seats for relaxing or getting work done before the flight. Good selection of nibbles, food, desserts and fruit and a range of beverages. Very clean and tidy toilets and shower with towels and amenities, well maintained and one of the best lounges I have been to.

Beautiful lounge, if the Qantas members knew what they were missing they wouldn't go back.

Qantas definitely should feel fortunate that they have partnership with Emirates to enable their frequent flyers to use this outstanding lounge, as opposed to the dated Qantas lounge.  The lounge is bright, modern and spacious. It is divided into two compartments with two buffet ares and two groups of shower/toilet facilities. The view is decent with numerous opportunities to spot wide-body aircrafts e.g. Thai airways boeing 747-400 taxiing into the gate. It is certainly a very nice lounge.

I recently experienced unfortunate events as I left my bag with my passport, wallet and boarding passes in a rest room in sydney airport, as I had traveled with emirates, I was instructed to go down to the emirates lounge and see if they could help me. Olivia Winter, her colleague who was a woman and I believe Chris all helped me all day. A very very special mention to Olivia who literally went way above and beyond to comfort and help me while I was stuck in the terminal, she was so helpful, empathetic and truly kind and understanding with the situation I was in. She made all the experience an easy ride. A huge thank you to everyone else in the background helping locate my bag with my passport but for sure I will never forget Olivia's customer service and kindness, thank you to the emirates staff who 10 hours later returned my passport and I could safely catch a next flight. I will always fly with emirates again! Here is hoping this message gets to Olivia and all the emirates team! Huge gratitude

The best lounge in Sydney airport. Food is exceptional with nice addition of good Champagne. Such a big difference with Qantas lounge which seems to be quite greedy

Recently I've travelled to Europe with Emirates and got to the airport too early, past the security and realised that I've never got a boarding pass.  Luckily enough, Suji at the business lounge was able to help me and issue boarding pass for me. She went out of her way to do that while the lounge was still closed for another half an hour. I could not ask for a better service. Your team is fortunate to have such a dedicated professional on the team.
