Couldn’t get access using Priority Pass. Swipe didn’t work. Manual entries were giving “access denied” and “you have to contact your bank” as told by a very busy lady who was constantly distracted by other calls and Rex issues. Went to MoVida cafe - Priority Pass worked perfect.
Recommended place before your next flight. Good services.
Rude customer service. The two old ladies at the reception ignore your presence. Just walk away
The Rex lounge keeps me sane .... after a tough week of work in Sydney it helps me relax on the way home. I travel with Rex a lot so thankful for the lounge. Would be great to have some frequent flyer points ?
Nice relaxing area. Refreshments, snacks, pod coffee machine, internet, spotless bathrooms.
Clean and quiet. Could do with some better food.
Closed Saturday, no reason given, service desk closed. Call the number - unattended, directs you to a mobile. Mobile unattended, leads you back to original number.
