Good hairdressers unfortunately very little seating for customers waiting and they don’t acknowledge you which makes you feel like you’re not worth their time , also the haircuts seem to take twice as long as other places it’s weird you’d think they’d want to be making money but the turn a 15 minute haircut into a 45 minute haircut?

Always patient and quick with my young children's hair cuts one who has ASD would recommend!

Had a great haircut here as usual yesterday. The staff are lovely and helpful and Emma did a great job washing, cutting and blowdrying my hair. Even though they were very busy they still were really friendly to all their customers. Thanks so much, I love it and I'll definitely be back. Keep up the great work guys!

I'll be back. Always satisfied with our haircuts. The Diplomat crew are in the right place at the right time for our needs. There's coffee nearby if there's a bit of a wait & comfortable couches for boney bums.

Visited salon during covid period therefore was very quiet. Staff were friendly and although haircut itself was very nice at finish from front it was hugely shorter than expected. I thought the length cut was at sides only and back was being layered to its almost original length/ tapered. I had asked for 2inches to be taken off of length & have layers. I left with a Bob cut just below collar  which was 10/12inches shorter than when I arrived. I know hair will grow therefore did not raise but after 3weeks, I'm still a little saddened by losing so much of the length.

Had 3 of my sons hair cut and was impressed with each cut.  Needed back to school haircuts for the start of term 1 2021. All 3 had a different hairdresser and I appreciated how each listened to my kids ideas of what they wanted and followed it. Thanks a lot guys :

Overpriced and terrible service.  I walked up and was greeted with awkward silence as one hairdresser just stared at me. After awkwardly expressing that I was here for a haircut she showed me where to sit kindly enough.  The older blonde lady who cut my hair has got to be the rudest and most untalented hairdressers I have ever experienced. She sat me down in a seat that had the hair of the previous client still on it. She was rough, pushing my head all around the place and complained multiple times about my posture.  And the haircut...  I told her I didn't want the left side blended and she blended it "look how much nicer it looks blended" she said  She didn't ask how much length I wanted off the top, she just started cutting asking me AFTER if the length was okay which it wasn't completely botching my chances of styling my hair anywhere close to how I like to.  She stopped a couple times to have long sips of some smoothie too.  Don't get your haircut here. You'd be better off doing it yourself.
