Worst place ever. Horrible customer service and with no experience at all. I'm trying to contact the head office but no success. Rude manicurists and manager. Such as big scandal when I asked them to do a proper job in a good manner.

To their credit, I was a walk in appointment with no wait time. That being said nail technicians were extremely rough and left me with leisions on my cuticles. Staff made no effort to communicate with customers at all and were chatting and laughing among themselves which left a bad impression. Will not be going back.

Only had 3 staff working. Staff members were quite rude and unprofessional. I was told id have to wait 15 minutes and when i came back 15 minutes later i was told that it was an hour waiting time when i had an appointment booked.
