I recently purchased some shampoo from this salon- after purchasing, I realised I had bought the wrong shampoo. I kept the bag and receipt and, because I am busy with work, I asked my partner to return the shampoo (5 days after purchasing). Upon requesting an exchange, the woman told him that the bottle he was returning was half used. Firstly, who uses half a 750ml bottle of shampoo in 5 days?! If it was half used, you are selling half used products because it was not touched- it was the wrong type for my hair! 
After my partner asked to see inside another bottle to compare, she reluctantly exchanged the product. We are not happy with our experience and will not be back.
