I have bought products from this shop through the years but have been disappointed with today’s customer service and got reminded why I actually lessened shopping there. The mother wasn’t there so I knew the daughter wouldn’t be nice but I walked in to buy what I wanted anyway. It felt like she didn’t want me to be there and asked what I want as if I have no right to browse for myself. Politely I said hair lotion and just looking. I said what I bought last time because I got it wrong she wasn’t impressed I thought it was coconut but it was jojoba oil. So I carried on and said I found it hard to use as it is not liquid and doesn’t come out from the bottle easily. She tried to tell me how she use it but had a bad tone when speaking. So I picked up a different product and then I said I want a Satin Night cap she was trying to point out but again god forbifd I got the place wrong her bad tone came out but I finally found it. Told me the price for two I paid all her interactions had a very bad vibe and tone. She said thanks while i walked out I didn’t reply. I am glad there are so many options now in Auckland including Farmers they do good deals actually . I have spent hundreds of dollars in this shop got my hair coloured few years ago buy hair products and usually number of products when I run out. I thought to go there as it is walking distance from my work. She has seem me before so many times it wasn’t like I was knew. I can’t understand why she was mean and rude. Never going back there again I will support other people small business. Please learn customer skill and also be nice yo your fellow Africans.
I have found my little braiding heaven. Beautiful mama and Daughters, so welcoming and customer service is top Notch...i laughed my Ribs off through out my session, will definately be coming back with my Daughters....love you guys...well Done. Good Job
Been going there for my son for years!! He comes home with different, amazing corn rows, every time!! He wouldn't go anywhere else
Usually not one to complain at all but dame I had the worse experience here I booked appointment for 4pm ended up waiting till 5.15pm ‍ I only wanted 2 cornrows and they were trash no offence but talking on the phone and doing my hair plus lumps every where I paid 60 for that but I still said thank you, a good clean up would be good and using combs and brushes that haven't been cleaned on me was a massive NO NO I should of spoke up but I dont like being rude pls concentrate on ur customers more and clean up im not bashing use just giving a little bit of advice thank you Service: Braids
Never again Extremely rude and $300 for dreadlocks tidy up my head hurt for days afterwards Not particularly clean inside Won't be back .
Excellent family orientated business and absolutely love the result of my six braided cornrows! Thank you once again Esther and mama appreciate your service. NOTE: I truly recommend you make an appointment first rather then off the street and expect to be seen to, as it does get extremely busy at times in the studio due to their loyal customer base who do make appointments in advance. But rest assured friends that you will never find a more professional and price reasonable hair braiding studio then here. Highly recommended to one and all.
