It was fantastic. My toddler used all his energy and I actually got to sit down at home all by myself. But you need an attendant to keep the big kids out of the under 4 section. My 2 year old was happily bouncing on the castle and then two big kids started wrestling on it. I thought my baby was going to literally die or get seriously injured. I ran on to it in fear and quickly grabbed him. I was so upset. Please please fix this. You need an attendant to keep little ones safe in the baby section. Parents are to stupid and I consult care about babies unless it’s there own. Selfish A hole parents with there dumb children. It’s not your fault they haven’t taught there children how to be decent humans. But please get an attendant for the gate.

Staff was amazing and very polite. Food was great and drinks were the same. Quick service staff greeted us with smiles and welcomes at entry and Cafe. Space is well kept and tidy. Kids had a great time and we all look forward to coming back to such a fantastic family venue.

Appalled at the state of the facility. The equipment is as old as the staff and falling apart. Most of the ‘bouncy’ stuff doesn’t even spring it’s too old and deflated. There’s a stench of sweat in the equipment you cannot escape. There’s food crumbs, hair, glitter and more built up in every corner of the playgrounds that makes it very apparent this equipment is not sanistied or cared for which also raises the question how is the equipment considered even safe with no obvious upkeep or attention?  Crusty Joker would have a better ring to it. The staff are sour. The food is foul for the greedy price tag too. We were shocked to come to this venue and wouldn’t return under the same management. The toilets are jazzed up with some fake plants for decor appeal but were not any better. It’s very obvious there is no pride at all in the place, staff or ownership. We got extremely sick, snotty and stuffy after visiting this dingy and run down venue.

Crazy joker is one of the kids favourite places in Rocky. Nothing better than being able to allow your kids to play safely in a family friendly place while enjoying amazing coffee and tasty food. Staff are always so accommodating, friendly and polite. Their takeaway service is also top notch

$17 just to get in! Are u joking me! Kids had fun but it's in serious need of a renovation. The jumping castle is dangerous as it's not even inflated properly. The ground is dusty and dirty. Poorly kept. Disappointing

The food is amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Krystal she was absolutely amazing. Ver professional when a child become sick she went above and beyond even though the mother and grandmother of the child were extremely rude. Krystal had a smile on her face and delt with the situation. Thank you Krystal you are amazing

The children had a fantastic time in the playground. However the staff member that took our order for food was very abrupt to the point of being borderline rude. I was already being looked after by a lovely member of staff when another staff member approached the register and pushed her way in and said to the member of staff already serving that she would take care of me. Which was odd as I was already being served. So I had to continue my order with the second staff member. I tried to order the Dagwood dog and chips meal for the kids and was told they had run out. I then asked would it be possible to get some cheerio sausages with sauce in lieu of the Dagwood dogs only to be told that they aren't a main menu food and are only a catering food item. You could imagine my surprise and annoyance when I ordered the hotdog and chips meal for the children unwillingly because I knew they wouldn't eat the bread part and it would be a waste only to find when the children's hotdogs arrived that they must have ran out of hotdog sausages and had substituted them with little cheerio sausages instead which apparently I couldn't order because they were only a catering food item. Also the same staff member who took our order brought out all the meals together apart from mine which I had to wait and extra 15mins for and was half cold. It was my twins 7th birthday and we chose to bring them to Crazy Jokers because of how much they love the place but left me questioning if I had to deal with that same staff member again whether I would be comfortable ordering food from there again.

The crazy Joker is a fun place to take your children. I have noticed that some of the equipment needs repairs, and the Frozen jumping castle deflates at times. It looks very unsafe, especially when small children are inside,and could be trapped in it.

Food was cold and the owners children hurt my son when he was wandering the small playground. We requested some chips and they took 30 minutes to get there FROZEN. There was ripped up carpet and food all over the floor. Rude staff yelling at us that it’s not there problem. Your overpriced and to worth 1 star

Staff are extremely rude. I walked in with a cake and was spoken to disgustingly to get rid of it and was told the council was there and they spotted us immediately and wanted us to leave. Over a cake. My son had a birthday party there last month and cakes were allowed then so weren't aware I couldn't take one today. They treat their customers appalling. Won't be back
