The staff were helpful, BUT, I purchased a Ultima Visco bed for $5000 and I found it terrible on my back. I'm not a person who has back problems, so this was a first. As soon as I changed to a bed from Snooze, problem went away. I believe the Ultima system with the adjustable bed base is a gimmick. Seems like a good idea in principle, but in reality, big problems with this system. My wife had the same problem, not good on backs due to the poor design. 2 weeks after I purchased I tried to return it because of this bad design and they offered a 50% refund, thanks for your concern guys

I've rated this company with one star only because the chair I purchased I do find comfortable. Unfortunately my experience of purchase and service has been extremely poor by standards I would expect in this day and age of a competitive market. Let me explain.... I purchased the Kira Recliner on the 8th March, 2017. Delivery was 4 weeks later ( ordered from Brazil.) Slightly disappointed by the wait as the recliner was on sale ($2,280.00) and I would not have expected that the chair was actually not available. So it's delivered and straight away I detected it was faulty but went back to the store to compare with the demo model and indeed my suspicion was confirmed. I sorted a suitable time for the repairer to inspect and repair , which was another few weeks wait. Low and behold the repairer is a no show.( I will add that time delays in getting the repairer to my home are hindered by my time/work constraints.) So another 4 weeks before I can get the repairer to my home and he attempts to repair and actually once completed the chair is in worse condition from when he started. He tells me its a metal part that is the problem and the base will need to be replaced (the whole base). The store tells me the required base will need to come from Sydney and another week passes and the repairer returns, not with the base but a new part. Once the new part is replaced the chair is still not functioning as it should. I tell him to take the chair away and replace it with new. ( I am aware of my consumer rights ) I have just spoken to the store and now they are returning the chair with a new base...not what I asked for but providing the chair arrives functioning as it should, a new base will suffice. It is 3 months to the day. The chair with its new base has arrived. It does not function as the one I tested in the store but it is better than it was when I first took delivery 2 months ago. There has been no offer of replacing the chair. There was no offer of a discount for any future purchase. I will simply march with my feet and wallet.
