It makes me feel better that I’m not the only one absolutely HATE this company. Paid in full and waited over 5 months still no products, called emailed and no resolution whatsoever. Only thing they say on the phone is sorry about that someone will look into it and call you back, oh also we have a big warehouse and they are very busy. All I wanted to know is where my tables are and I want a refund if they have lost my items completely- which is definitely what it all looks like! The most ridiculous thing is apparently both of my marble tables are ready to ship 1-3 weeks according to their website! Would not buy from them in a million years! The battle for order & refund continues, should really charge them interest for holding on my $4k for so long now.
I can attest, there is zero customer service - Similar to most of these reviews. I paid in full and waited over 6 months with no communication from Coco Republic. Finally got a delivery... of a damaged dining table. Now have made contact with the store 3 times over 4 weeks and have not received one email with clarity over new delivery time and am no closer to getting my order.
Coco Republic’s customer service is completely non-existent!!! After purchasing a sofa and coffee table and paying the full amount upfront, I was advised it would be a 3 month wait. Close to the arrival time, I received a call to say the coffee table had been broken during delivery. I was advised I’d have to wait another 3 months for a new one. Unsatisfied with a 6 month wait I cancelled the order. I sent countless emails and called the company at least 20 times regarding credit or refund for these products and received zero reply. This is simply unacceptable. The only redeeming part of this experience was the service I received from Chiara Vezzaro at the Richmond store when I visited in person. Chiara was personable, experienced and efficient. She followed up the initial consultation via email and phone, resolving the credit issues and assisting with new purchases. In future, Chiara is the only person I will deal with at this company and I can’t speak highly enough of her work.
Disgraceful service Emilio Belforte. We are chasing two chairs paid in full 6 months ago. No one is returning my numerous email enquiries or voice messages. I will have to go into the store to see if I get my $6, 390 refunded. We have spent thousands in the past with Coco Republic. I recommend shopping elsewhere!
Terrible experience from the moment I walked into this store. Do not give these people your money unless you want a lengthy battle back and forth or endless time of you trying to contact them.
Rude, arrogant staff. They slap high end price tags on their furniture to trick people into thinking its not made in sweatshops in china and Indonesia. But it's definitely sweatshop quality
ETA of table pushed out an extra 4 months, no one notified us, 25 minute wait to get through to customer service and they advise someone will call us back no one ever does! Terrible customer service...will never shop with them again.
Absolutely not recommend this brand. Worst experience ever.Terrible customer service, unprofessional staff, they are not supportive and responsive at all. When they receive the money, they never respond to the customer's inquiry at all. They promise to call you in relation to your inquiry, but it never happens. That's why the Max Sparrow's rate is very low on google. We made a mistake and didn't check the google rate and the reviews here. Please save your money and time and definitely look for other brands who look after the customer and respect the customer.
The worst. Avoid at all costs. Poor quality furniture combined with abysmal ‘customer service’.
Possibly the worst customer service of any company we have had the misfortune of dealing with. Rude, arrogant and incapable of communication.
