Consistently poor. This location lets down the Coffee Club brand. This is possibly the worst Coffee Club we have eaten at. $100 for lunch for a family of 4, the kids nuggets and chips arrived with coated chicken breast that was so tough the kids couldn’t eat it. We were told they had run out of chicken nuggets after we complained, this would have been helpful to know while ordering. The chips were also cold and stale. Bacon in the big breakfast was overcooked to the point it was too crispy to even get on a fork and the Caesar salad croutons were chewy not crunchy, like they were opened a week ago and not sealed. Even the chocolate thick shake was undrinkable - way too thick to be sucked up the flimsy paper straws. We will not eat here again - horrendous food when there are other better options at a similar price in Wynnum.
A definite positive at the Wynnum Coffee Club was the team on that shift who were extremely friendly, helpful, well presented and professional. However, 3 out of 4 of our meals were very disappointing and our $60+ would've been better spent elsewhere. The eggs, mushrooms and toast were cold. The mushies shrivelled and old looking. The smashed avocado meal only had a thin scrape of avo on the toast. After advising staff of the cold eggs etc., 2 of the 4 eggs were replaced. I have since spoken to a store representative and it was appreciated that my query was followed up. However, I was only offered partial blame, excuses and an apology of sorts. Apparently, the staff remembered that we had been away from the table when the meals were delivered and that would've been why the meals were cold?? 2 of us were at the table and started eating on the delivery of the meals and the only "enjoyed" meal was one of the absentees . NB. The Cafe was 3/4 empty. I was also advised that the type of food used, style of cooking and portion sizes are strictly regulated to ensure uniformity of the brand. I did make comment that if this is the standard of meals provided and acceptable in every store I would certainly be concerned for the success and longevity of the Coffee Club brand. Unless the standard has dropped dramatically recently, the Wynnum store is definitely well below other Coffee Club experiences I have had. If you are hoping to enjoy a special meal maybe find another venue in this area.
Amazing experience, service was fantastic. Gave us extra of the smoothie that we ordered and made us feel very welcomed. 10/10 one of the best coffee clubs I’ve been too!!

Rocked up on a public holiday 2/1 at 9:30. Needless to say it was busy, was still greeted with impeccable customer service from the moment I was at the counter, till I left! I came for the food, but I will 100 be back for the service!
I just love these places. The menu is great with a decent selection to choose from and prices are reasonable for what you get. The staff are always well groomed and super helpful and always bring a smile to your table when delivering your order. Always has people in here so you know it's good food and service. After walking around Wynnum for a whike this place is great to sit down and enjoy a drink and a meal to recharge for that trip home. Only negative i have is the new colour scheme and look, I feel, has made it look cheap and plain where before it had a classy sort of look.
I will never eat there again. Nothing was correct about our order. 30mins between first takeaway box and second takeaway box. At least they remade the cold coffee after I asked. 1 spinach leaf. No joke. My hard eggs had runny egg white… my meal came out last and it was cold. I could go on but instead just take my word, don’t eat there. Save yourself the money.
The Wynnum Coffee Club used to be one of our favourite Sunday breakfast/brunch places to visit. Today's visit was an abominable disappointment. Our tea and coffee took some 15 minutes but our food took over an hour. When we enquired on our order, staff were unapologetic and shrugged off our request with no excuse. We noticed other diners also asking about their orders. I noticed one customer waited over half an hour for their take-away coffee. Same uncaring response from staff. When our food did finally arrive, we didn't enjoy it as our mood had soured. You have lost us permanently as a customer. Lift your game. You are tarnishing the reputation of The Coffee Club brand.
Good service. Shame the meals are very small for the price and have to pay for extra add ons.Food: 2/5
I love the staff here and even tho we just have coffee the food that comes out of the kitchen looks amazingService: 5/5
