Baked cheesecake ? don't think so, too light for baked. Also a biscuit base should have firmness and bit of substance to it, this was so airy and light obviously using the minimum amount of crushed biscuit. Please get hold of a recipe and impress with a more traditional classic style not more like a supermarket defrost one.. Hopeful.
