Called your 1300 number and waited on hold for 25 minutes, told I was the next in queue for the entire 25 minutes- only to be hung up on and when I rung back you were closed? Horrible way to treat your customers! This isn't the first time this has happened to me. All of the contact numbers that you have listed for Macquarie university, UTS and Sydney university do not work!  It doesn't matter what time of day I call your even your 1300 number also disconnects.
