The Cheesecake Shop Sunnybank Hills

I order 6 Christmas cupcakes on 24th Dec. $24.95. it’s not fresh at all. And it’s totally different from the sample in store. It’s just normal flower decoration. cream and sponge are taste disgusting. I really want to show you the photos. Send me your email address. I can show you the receipt and photos. Really Disappointed.

I went in store today this morning Saturday 10:30am and was served by the supervisor I think. The young lady was really helpful and help me order a custom cake for my son. Her suggestion were amazing and reflected her experience. They had an IT issue and regardless of that the young lady put my order through. Please send my thanks to that young lady! She really made my day

I have twice visited this shop this week for one of their staples, wild strawberry cheesecake, never having had any trouble getting them before. Tried to order one this morning, told they are out of stock. On asking why they were out of stock, told they were made, but had to be topped and may be done this afternoon, but this could not be guaranteed, as she was very busy, and would likely not have time. Must have changed hands, won’t be back.

I have very bad experience with that cake shop.. i have bought cheesecake.. when I eat it at home I found it was not fresh.. it tasted very bad.. even if it was not expired by date but not good in taste and smell.. it was too hard as well.. I visited the shop again to return it back, but the manager didn't came out to talk with me.. their staff behave aggressively.. I recommend everyone not to buy cake.. don't waste your money.. don't spoil your happy moments..

I should rate them 5+++ they went out of their way to help me .. I ordered a cake and dropped on the ground.. Can't be made other one in same time but the girls with excellence in their services Aamna I felt so warmth in her service.. even not her scope n out of time she went out of their way to fix the cake and make it even more beautiful than before.. I really can't be thankful enough for her skills.. I will going to order here every time.. Great job keep up the good work..

The staff is amazing and they served me very well and the cakes I ordered 5 custom cakes and got the same as I wanted really nice shop highly recommended and the customer service girl Fatima was really nice to me and the other customers as well

The perfectly glazed citron cheesecake was yumm!! And the passion fruit spongecake was lipsmacking!!

Very very bad experience.. I bought cheese cake which was not fresh.. it smells very bad as well..but it’s presentation was attractive.. when I went back to the shop to return the cake, they denied my obligations..even the shop manager didn’t came out to talk with me.. DON’T BUY CAKE FROM THAT SHOP…
