Extremely poor customer service. Was little late to pick up my preordered cake for 1st birthday and let me mentioned here the payment was already done. I was running late and called them 5:20pm that will reach there in 15 or 20 mins and the lady was like , " sorry ma'am if you can't come you cannot get the cake the store closes at 5:30 pm. "I requested plenty of time and she was like no they can't . Then after she said ok she will wait for 15 mins. I mean seriously, if you close the shop still you are there doing cleaning. Sorry never going there again . A bid NO

Have been coming here for about three years and keep coming back the best sausage rolls in Garden city shopping centre, the coffees are good Just remember you can't please everyone

Extremely poor service. We ordered a cake for my 50th Birthday but they messed up the pick up date. Order was for 24 Sept which is Sat. While they wrote it correctly in our receipt, they wrote SUN in their system. Cake which was received was missing all the Strawberry decorations on sides for which we paid $5 extra - was offered 1 strawberry to put on top. While Invoice was given after asking, it was not a tax invoice either - ABN and GST amount was missing. Avoid this business if you can.
