I love bread and have tried many different bakeries. However, I'm not really fond of this chain. The breads look great and they're really nicely displayed, but why are the bread not warm at all? When I first came here, I was really excited about getting some bread because it all looked really yummy! I picked the sausage croissant. The first bite that I took (right after I paid for it) was cold. Gross! I had to eat the whole thing because I was hungry. I was really disappointed because I wanted some nice warm bread. I decided to give this place a second chance so I came the other day and got the parmesan garlic bread. It still wasn't warm. Very disappointed! The breads here taste good (that's why it's two stars instead of one) but I don't think I will come here again.
