I ordered a personalised cake for my 50th birthday and I was so delighted with the result. It was really beautiful and it tastes delicious too. I also ordered cupcakes with it but forgot to take a photo. But I was very satisfied with the customer service and overall result. I highly recommend Cheesecake Shop Springfield with your dessert needs for your celebrations. Thank you to Hanan, his wife and all their staff.

Eggless birthday cake was delicious. I bought birthday cakes multiple times and cakes were fresh and tasty. Courteous staff. Very well maintained outlet and very clean.

I purchased a wildberry Cheesecake, the blueberries on the cake were mouldy. When I complained the owner made an excuse and offered me a $10 voucher for instore. When it comes to people's/ children's  health and consuming something mouldy.  I would expect a full refund as we didn't even get to consume and enjoy the cake.

What a delightful experience at the Cheesecake Shop in Springfield! I was promptly served by Hamza, whose exceptional customer service made the visit even more enjoyable. The taste of the cheesecake was simply divine. I highly recommend this establishment—their cheesecakes are top-notch! Keep up the fantastic work; your efforts are truly appreciated.
