The Cheesecake Shop Parap did an absolutely stellar job making my birthday cake perfect! From the incredibly friendly and helpful service during ordering to the seamless, on-time pickup, the entire experience was completely stress-free. The cake itself was an absolute masterpiece—stunningly decorated, incredibly fresh, and so delicious that every single guest was asking where it came from. I can't recommend the Parap team enough if you want a beautiful, crowd-pleasing dessert that truly elevates your special day!nthank you so much parap team for making my day special
I have been going to this particular cheesecake shop for many years and have never had an issue until today. I ordered an eggless Double Choc Strawberry Torte, which, first of all, had no strawberries on it, and second, was far from the quality I expected. For the price I paid, I would have expected something much better.nnI called the store, and they told me to bring it back so they could add the strawberries. They did add some, but it still didn’t look anything like the picture. On top of that, I ended up wasting almost an hour driving back and forth. I understand that the picture is only a reference, but this was quite disappointing. I’ve attached a photo of what I ordered versus what I received.nnFurthermore, when I placed my order online, the website asked if I wanted to add a personalized message at no additional cost. When I picked up the cake, nothing was written on it. When we asked about it, we were told we needed to pay an extra $5. After explaining that the website offered it for free, we were told that no one else had reported this issue, so it must have been our mistake. According to them, I was supposed to provide the custom message when paying, but there was no option to do so.nUnfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning.
i order this cake, but it taste sooo dry inside.. u can do better than this guys.. i’m not type of guy that leave a bad comments.. but this time is beyonddd my expctn. pls for the bakers, boss whoever in the business.. make it better pls
We absolutely loved the Mother’s Day cake! It looked so beautiful and tasted even better. The cake was fresh, soft, and not overly sweet, which made it perfect. My whole family enjoyed it, and it really made our Mother’s Day celebration feel extra special. Thank you so much — definitely recommend!
I bought a Tiramisu Torte yesterday evening, and I was very disappointed. I have had the Tiramisu Torte from the Brisbane Cheesecake Shop before, and this one tasted completely different. The appearance was also not the same as what I expected.nnIt did not taste like a real tiramisu at all—it was more like an ordinary cake. The cake tasted old and was not fresh. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, and I don't think I will be returning again. I expected much better quality
