I would've given this shop a zero to negative if possible. The staff members are condescending and rude particularly this one man with long hair. I would've filed a complaint if I can. Coffee is horrible and their bread is average at best. Tip: give your staff customer service training. They act like they have found cure for cancer when, in fact, they are working in an effing bakery. Very unhappy customer here.

I have been to Brumbys many times at various times of the day. They are always very busy and always have a smile on their face. The pies and fresh cakes are very tasty 😋 they make a good coffee too. Haven't been left disappointed yet. Thanks brumbys 👍🏼

Not the best pies but they are edible lol

Some staff are rude and unsmiling. Can ruin your morning just by letting them serve you. 
Lacks customer service training.
