Made a beautiful cake for my daughters 5th birthday, she was absolutely over joyed with it. Everyone thought it tasted wonderful, very soft sponge melt in the mouth, and flavour was really nice. I loved the way they wrapped it in the clear plastic box, was great for display. I'm very happy I chose the cheesecake shop, and will shop here for my other daughters birthdays.
I bought a Caramel Popcorn Birthday cake for our daughters 48th . Picked it up Boxing Day . It was so fresh and moist. The best cake I think we have ever had. Thankyou so much . Cheesecake Shop at Nerang.
My sisters 50th birthday cake was disgusting. 20 people attended and not 1 person could eat it. When my mother attempted to get some sort of resolution, the manager didn’t really care. My mother and a lot of her friends will not be buying from here again.

This is a nice little cake shop in Nerang mall. Easy access from the car park. You can check the cake type you need from their website before you go there. Prices are reasonable and cakes are delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Although there is no seating inside there are plenty of seating nearby.
From the shelf, fantastic. Birthday lady and family loved it! Belgium marble cake! Second time using this store. Will go again when needed. First time was not great, second time, spot on. Staff was lovely
A busy little store with friendly staff. I often get my named birthday plaques made here when I make my own cakes. It is never a problem, with a short wait time. I go and do my shopping and the plaque is ready to collect when I'm done. The cake cabinet looks amazing and they all look delicious. Thank you from a very happy, customer .
I will give them 5 star for worst service. Rude owner, worst cake. Beware, you might have to write yourself on the cake. Won’t recommend to worst of my enemies.

I called this morning to inquire about a rainbow cake for my son's birthday. The lady told me that they had lots in stock so no need to order. I asked how long they last. She replied with roughly 10 days from purchase. I arrived at the shop I had two over tired kids and just wanted the cake quickly. I asked for the rainbow cake and the lady goes to get it out of a display. I asked for one out the back and the owner of the store quickly interprets saying that all the cakes are the same and the cake out the back is the same. She was rude and would cut me off. I brought the cake as she told me that I'd have to wait for another one but she assured me the cake was baked yesterday and is fresh. I arrive home feeling tried and a bit upset about how I was treated. I then seen the date of the cake which had 6 days to expire. I called up to ask about the expiry date as I had previously been told 10 days, the owner lied to me and said 6 days. I then called another store who confirmed that the cake I had brought was sitting in display for at least 4 days before I brought it. I called back and the owner tried to lie to me again saying that the display are our best cakes. She knew she had lied to get a sale on an old cake with no discount. She then told me that I could bring the cake back for a refund but she had no cake to replace it with. She did not apologize and was aburpt. Honestly would prefer to drive 1 hour to get a cake from another shop rather than spend my money on someone who would lie to earn a living.
