If you go here make sure you get some carrot cake! The best I’ve had.
Although hygiene was an issue with flies all over the food, it was not the cheapest experience I have ever had, however in saying that everyone deserves a second chance/experience so will edit review after second try. Customer service by the lady I had is why I'll be trying again, she was fantastic.
Like many reviews the service is not that great, don't lie to customers saying its fresh when its delivered frozen in boxes through your front door, like other reviews so many flies, coffee was way to hot and tasted like garbage. way overpriced this place should be shut down and owner should hang there head in shame
Like similar reviews the young bloke with the tattoos has no customer service skills. I waited at the counter waiting to be served, the young bloke said he would be out in a minute which I replied no worries. After waiting for a few minutes he only returned to the front to serve the young female who just walked in, she clearly told the staff I had been waiting first so at this point he proceeded to ignore me and chat to the female.
Food was great, however the young man with tattoos and pericing that served me was extremely rude, rather selfish, told me to "hurry up and pick something". This is disgusting behaviour coming from someone that bragged and bragged about being manager. along side this, insulting the owner behind her/his back saying very awful things to a complete stranger. Very off putting. You would think youd like customers to come back in rough times like now. That WONT be happening with bad attitudes!!!!! I expect better from a grown adult :
Great Coffee. Great Food. Amazing Customer Service! The staff are always friendly, prompt and well presented and the food is fresh and super yummy!
The service was dismissive. The Spinich and Feta roll had soft, soggy pastry and the filling unrecognisable. I threw it away, the worst I have ever tried.
Sandwiches are made from day old bread, Which is brought from Coles...not fresh at all. Cakes are kept days on end, not fresh everyday. Found mould and hair in pies... The owner only cares about Money, money,money. Coffee so ridiculously overpriced. Go to Merlo, where experienced baristas make your coffee at a very reasonable price.. Stay away from this bakery!!
Just come from there. Effpos machine was playing up and I had my pie sitting there...consequently like warm to eat by the time I got to sit down. I dared to ask for a curried egg and lettuce sandwich.. The attendant was anything but pleasant.....dont interrupt me... Lost me will never ever go back. There are plenty of other bakeries that are pleasant to their clientelle. She must have been having a bad day.
Great coffee.. Fast and friendly service... Great opening hours.. Nothing is too much for the staff.... Highly recommended
