Extremely disappointed!! After stressing to the manager that I've had poor quality stale Mud Cakes from other shops that were bought for special occasions and that I wanted the freshest quality possible for a Birthday Mud cake, and I didn't mind paying for it. So he advised me to take a part frozen $50 Birthday Mud Cake (that are $10 dearer than others because someone's written "Happy Birthday" on it). the next day after taking great care to store the cake correctly, the Mud Cake was dry, stale and obviously had been frozen like this (because it sure wasn't frozen in a fresh state). I as I said I would, I rang to complain and was told the manager wasn't on that day so they had wrote my complaint down and said that they would get the manager to return my call, which he didn't bother to do.
GIVE THIS PLACE A BIG MISS, AS THE MANAGER WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE TO RIP YOU OFF!!!

Male on the phone was extremely rude to my adult daughter.  When I rang back he was still rude and then became argumentative. Spoke with Manager. Didn't really care.
Must be new owners.....used to be excellent people with above average quality cakes. Used several times over years.
Wont be going back.

awesome experience with cheese cake shop cannon hill did last mint cake for my birthday and it was really Nice cake everyone love it. I will recommend everyone to order your cake from there. Really  friendly and helpful staff.

A small group of family and friends recently enjoyed the Strawberry Fields Torte for a family birthday celebration. Although the cake appears as an overly sweet and heavy cake, it is in fact a fresh light sponge divided by indulgent layers of whipped strawberry cream that taste if the chef has juiced the punnet of fresh sweet ripe strawberries and blended the juice into the cream. The top of the cake is also covered with a mouth-watering, refreshing strawberry well-set jelly. DIVINE! This torte was a sure winner and was eaten so quickly that there were no left overs for school lunches the next day!
