Dropped in to pick up some morning tea for office on 22 Feb 18 and was served by a lady that was very rude. I asked a few questions and her attitude told me very clearly that she didn't want to help. Then I asked for not only the packed of scone but the four in the cabinet. She didn't listen to what I asked for and then when I looked at the receipt and noticed she didn't have the second pack of 4 scones and reminded her I had asked for 2 packs of 4 scones she huffed at me then proceeded to process the second payment. Won't be returning to this bakery when there are so many other options that offer customer service that is polite.
