Took in a flywheel to be machined and they machined the step height out of spec, they just measured the worn flywheel and used that measurement which is unacceptable for a business with apparently 30 years experience. To top it off they had the correct dimension in a book when I went back in and measured with their depth mic, just too busy/lazy to look it up. Recommend you research the required specs and get them to confirm/measure in front of you or take your business elsewhere.
