Amazing service and friendly staff, would recommend for any issues with a 4x4! Had my Wrangler inspected for a stalling problem that a mechanic from a different company couldn't find in 3 weeks. 4x4 Excellence found the cause in less than 2 hours and sorted things out in no time.
AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! Brought my 2012 Toyota Aurion in to their workshop, not in great condition tbh. Blowing smoke and needed breaks, rotors, tyres, full service plus more.. Thought it would take at least a week to fix with all the issues. Got a call the next day with with everything purring like a kitten. Drives beautiful. Great service, relaxed and friendly team. Oh and a beautifully kept workshop. I really appreciate having a mechanic I can trust on this side of town. Have recommended to all my family and friends. See you guys in 6 months!! Thanks guys.
Car came back in a worse condition than they received it after spending $1000 .Not happy at all! -5 stars. Edit: the guy that worked on my vehicle is a complete rip off! Not only did he charge me $1000 and gave me my car back in a worse condition than when he got it. He also tried to charge me $3500 to have the timing chain replaced . Which three mechanics have now said doesn't even need replacing. He also asked me inappropriate questions like where did I work? As if to see how rich I was, so he could try scam as much money out of me as possible! He also is friends with a employee of A1 Roadworthys which is a company that specialise in mobile road worthy certificates. It was this guy that referred me to this place .Working together to try and rip people off!!! I will never return to this place and neither will anyone I know . You give the mechanic profession a real bad name! I wish there was a rating of negative stars .Maybe we can get this option Google? 1 star isn't deserving!
If you want anything more then a basic service go somewhere else. Kept my car longer then told, charged more then quoted and came out with more issues then it went in with. Will not return
chris has sold up and the guys there now no how to change oil very well but thats it. took my car there with a fuel problem! 3 visits and over a grand later still had the same problem! took to km diesel and they had it found and fixed in about 3 hours! if the computer doesnt tell them its just quess work!
Name says it all. Each time I've brought my 4x4 here I've got nothing but excellent service at an affordable price. Can't thank the boys enough here, they really go out of the way for you. Cheers
