I didn't even get as far as using their service. I called the number and was greeted with an unprofessional and unwelcoming "Hello". When I asked about getting a scratch repaired... despite advertising scratch repairs, the owner replied bluntly, "No, we don't do scratches anymore." I started to ask another question but he had already hung up. Even if I could have got as far as an invitation to use his service, I believe I would have chosen not to. If this is the first contact, I doubt good customer service is in their highest values. Be warned!
