I was extremely pleased with the service at Northside Smash Repairs. From the moment I just popped in to ask a question about some damage to my car I was treated with respect and kindness. Dave went out of his way to look at the damage, even to help push back my bumper so it looked less damaged for driving without any push to get my car repaired with him. I asked for a quote as my insurance excess was high and so wondered about paying for the damage myself. I was quickly emailed a quote which I was very satisfied with and booked my car in. Every single person I came in contact with at Northside was kind, helpful and extremely respectful. When I received my car back after repairs, again I was very pleased. They even included a free car wash. My car was also repaired in the time I was given. There was none of this having to wait another week or so. Will definitely be using Northside Smash Repairs again if I'm unfortunate enough to need another smash repaired. Can honestly recommend this place. Very, very happy.
Assessment was quick and professional, start date and estimated finish date were given at that time. Team kept me notified as the job progressed finish date was met. Car looked brand new second time at North-side Smash Repairs for reasonably minor work did have a Police car hit the side of the same car there was fairly significant damage. All the team i had contact with were happy and glad to assist from arranging Uber to and from hire car Co. Highly recommend. Five StarsService: Body & Trim
