Amazing place!! Food and drinks are too good. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the Botanical and will definitely be dining there again when next in Melbourne - can’t wait

The staff are friendly and the drinks are decent. Food is always nice, however menu can lack variety.

WOW! blown away by Poppy staff member at the Botanical going above and beyond to assist with our takeaway picnic in the park order. I will be back again an again because of this type of care to call and confirm and also assisting in any way she can to make our takeaway as smooth as possible. Thanks you!

had a seafood platter delivered during covid. was missing the Moreton Bay bugs. we emailed and with in a few hours they had brought replacements straight to our door no hassle. On top of that the food was top notch. excellent!

What a big disappointment for the picnic today , vegetables brown and wilted, chicken sandwich without filling and dry bread ,thin and dry blinis ,everything seems to be packed 3 days ago... really disappointed. No taste , no love ... what’s going on there ??? We used to love it .
