Good, affordable food. Really nice rice paper rolls. Delicious satay sauce & generous serving size. Helpful polite service too. Very casual, worth a visit.

So happy with this find, amazing tasting food, good portions and great value for money. Something to please my partner and I when we didn’t feel like the same cuisine. He had the big brekky and I had the laksa. Decent coffee as well. Service is good. Casual relaxed seating. Just what we needed after a big night.

***UPDATE*** This cafe is now closed for good and will not reopen in 2020. Thank you DJ and Marie for dedicated service you have provided the locals since 1997. Sit back now, relax and best wishes in retirement. DJ at 95 years you've done your bit. Pleasant aussie style breakfast made by Indonesians. Work that out. I've been to this cafe many times and not much changes. Good honest reliable food at a reasonable price.

This has been a favourite of mine and for so many famous South Yarra residents for decades. It is still family run and operated. The food is so authentic and delicious. I always go back for the Nasi Goreng as it so filling and delicious. Well worth a visit for breakfast or lunch

Great little cafe that serves breakfast and Indonesian food. Had a soto chicken. Super tasty noodle soup with lots of chicken and lots of veges. Will definitely come by again

Ordered pancakes that took 40 minutes to be ready. Coffee is tasty but not done on a proper temperature you feel like you are drinking frozen water. Would never go again sorry.

This is Sunday morning favorite! Very much a secret spot in South yarra. A family run place, cozy, friendly and cute ! Simple breakfast food made well and tasty, and at a low cost too ! Love love love it !

Nothing very special, but a decent place where you can get a cheap-ish breakfast and some Indonesian food, so I drop by quite regularly. I like their Beef Rendang if I'm having lunch. They have a special Nasi Campur rice with assorted stuff that changes every week that is pretty good value.

DJ the manager is friendly and his wife Marie is a great cook .A majority of the clients seem to be regulars which creates a nice friendly atmosphere. Best priced breakfasts in SY
