The best restaurant we’ve been to for a long time. Excellent food, great service. we had a party of 5, ate lamb shanks, pasta, rolled beef and garlic pizza bread—all of which were outstanding.

Decent enough food with a good selection including the classics to choose from. Good for the family and groups of friends.

Friday 18/8/17 group for farewell gathering. Chicken risotto was great. Steak was cooked to my likeing but the mushroom sauce was over powered by tomato flavour like sauce. Fish n chips was nice. What I found a problem was the gas heaters, not enough ventilation. Great staff and service. Oh the banana split....yummy had it for starter...I'd go there again and have pizza...everyone I saw looked great.

Pretty standard pub meals but good thoughtful service. I'd say a solid reliable option.
