Very quiet, Love that we could sit in and eat, as we just wanted to relax after flying in late. Very clean premises, bit slow for inside service. We enjoyed our order.
Being Kerikeri it's opening time for indoor dining was 06:00 am, we had to wait 20mins after a 2hr travel. Drive through was opened but we wanted to dune in.nThe food was nice and hot and fresh, hot chocolate and mocha were great.
I have now ordered on 3 separate occasions over the last two weeks a large hot fudge Sunday with the chocolate sauce top and bottom as advertised and all 3 times in the last two weeks the Sunday does not have the chocolate sauce on the bottom as advertised I've even asked both times to please do what they advertised and now had to keep asking the lady at the drive through as to why they are not doing this yet they advertised it , i have asked for it , they charge for it but do not deliver!!
Food is ok, there's always waiting time for normal items like big macs and the usual begging for serviettes and the looks for daring to ask for tomate sauce to go with my half filled large fries. The self-service machines have really stepped up the ordering but the delivery still no match. In hindsight, maybe part of the ordering should include the question for serviettes and ketchup. A minimum of 1 ketchup per fries and one serviette per combo wouldn't hurt.
It's a depressing atmosphere and so dull and grey... They got mine and a few other orders wrong whilst I had to wait an extra 15mins for them to give me my right order as we already waited a good 15mins for our orders to begin with... Been to far better mc donalds in other cities... Least the playground isn't too bad...
