My hubby and I have been recommending the Bed Factory to our friends and family over the last 20 years or so. Having recently moved house we decided to update our bed setting and visited their store in Hoppers Crossing. The range was simply amazing and I was overwhelmed with choice. The owner Tony was so helpful and we received our order in record time. I just love my new King Size bed!

Hoppers Crossing - Poor customer service and communication will not being dealing with them again. Absolutely no customer support. No time frame given for when furniture will actually arrive, lied in the showroom about when it will be delivered. Not helpful at all!
