The restaurant has extremely poor hygiene, the tables are greasy.nThe food is bad.nThe steak is ordered medium but it arrives well-done, and it's also very dry and salty. The mashed potatoes are extremely salty.nThe fried fish and fries are overcooked, the fries are oily.nThe chicken wings are average, not great but not bad.nThe prices are not even cheap.

Had breakfast at the outdoor cafe, was perfect in every way, delicious smashed avocado and hot chocolate. It’s a nice setup for either a solo diner like myself or a bigger group, nice atmosphere and location, clean, and fast service by friendly staff. Best place I saw around St Kilda and Brighton, and the food matched

The Baths Middle Brighton restaurant one of the most beautiful restaurants we ever visited. The location is perfect, the bay view is breathtaking, the the food and service is fantastic.. We highly recommend the place for a weekend romantic dinner date and special events.. $$ value for money and we will definitely come back for more…

We began our evening with delightful cocktails by the fire, setting a cozy and inviting atmosphere.nnOnce seated at our table, we were promptly offered a selection of wines and beverages, showcasing the impeccable service throughout the evening. For my entrée, I indulged in the steak tartare, which was nothing short of incredible. The flavors were well-balanced and exquisitely prepared.nnThe main course featured ox cheek, which was incredibly tender and bursting with rich flavors. The accompanying sides and sauces added an extra layer of flair, making the dish truly unforgettable. To finish, I had the crème brûlée, which was perfectly executed—silky smooth and not overly sweet, melting in my mouth with each bite.nnI highly recommend the new restaurant upstairs at The Baths Brighton for anyone looking to enjoy a beautiful dining experience with top-notch service and extraordinary cuisine.

here for some sweet, the view wasn't that bad to be honest, it sitting right front of the bathhouse, and you can see people enjoying the sea and swimming around.nthe sweet was alright, it's take awhile to serve but all good, we are here to chill.
