Consistently terrible customer service after a number of visit and different staff members. Customers are made to feel unwelcome. Tried to hire a car seat online - I was never contacted, staff insisted multiple times they had, multiple mistakes through out the hiring process. Friends have had similar experiences, including judgement from staff for buying bottles.
